Enhancement of students reasoning ability through proof of analytical concept in Elektromagnetic Courses

Abstract

The ability of reasoning is one of the most important aspects in building the professional competence of a physics teacher. One way to improve the ability of reasoning is through learning that instills an understanding of the analytical concepts of physics. This study aims to improve the ability of reason through learning the concept of electromagnetic with analytical methods. Learning is done on face-to-face or through individual tasks and group assignments. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with the subject of research is the students in The Electromagnetic course for 2 generations. The results showed that there is a good relationship between the implementation of learning and task completeness to students reasoning abilities. So it can be concluded that the learning of physics through the proof of the concept of physics analytically can improve students the ability of reasoning.
