Abstract
The previous research on the development of the worksheet has not yet seen as trained of scientific creativity and critical thinking skills at once. The ability of students in scientific reasoning, scientific creativity and critical thinking is trained to remember the demand of science learning in the 21st century. One way to practice these skills is using scientific creative critical worksheet (SCCW) that guides students to think critically and creatively. The study aims to investigate the efectiveness of SCCW use in engaging critical thinking, scientific creativity and scientific reasoning in sound material. 70 students selected in this research from two high schools in Bandung. The method used is quasi experimental with counterbalance design. To identify students scientific reasoning, scientific creativity and critical thinking skills, the researcher employed SRS, SCS and CTS instruments test that have been developed. The result show that SCCW in sound material can significantly increase SRS, SCS and CTS compared to common worksheets. Therefore SCCW is highly recommended to use in other physics materials.
